IPSWICH DANCE FOUNDATION, INC.

The Ipswich Dance Foundation, Inc. is a 501-(c)-3 Massachusetts Corporation. It was founded in 1980 as a non-profit arts organization as the umbrella organization for the Ipswich Moving Company (modern dance company) and the Ipswich Moving Company Studio (educational center for dance and yoga). Janet Taisey Craft is founding president and artistic director. Through the Foundation's activities thousands of adults' and children's lives have been enriched through dance and theatre instruction, related wellness workshops, and opportunities to participate in and view professional dance performances.

To continue to create new performance projects, expand our educational programs, and extend our community-based outreach projects, the Ipswich Moving Company needs community support. Donations from individuals, businesses, and corporations help defray the costs of bringing quality performances and sound educational programs to the public. Ipswich Moving Company gratefully acknowledges contributions and grants from New England Biolabs Foundation, EBSCO Publishing, and Ipswich Bed and Breakfast, Massachusetts Cultural Council and Emerson College.
